Do you and would you have the ability to help out with the SSOA/ tracking down the missing/ and/or roll flipping duties in your April 2020 quit group? Any help at all is much appreciated and goes along way when it comes to Brotherhood + Accountability. Thanks in advance!

Well you are in good company RH. Be sure to head over to April 2020 as RDB has given you the link. Space is filling up fast and we need some more badass quitters over there! Great job taking a stand telling nicotine to fuck off back on the 26th. That's pretty awesome to do it alone for a while. So from Canada eh? @Sand44 where you at these days? You’re damn right it’s hard, but worth it.

The secret to staying quit is joining a Quit Group and posting roll every day. When we post roll we make a promise to ourselves and the entire community that we will not use nicotine in any form for the whole day. Hey all

I decided that 2020 would be the year... then I thought why am I waiting till 2020 that is just making another Excuse. I was tired of making excuse after excuse. I’m from Canada and in the Military so that’s where I picked it up at the ripe age of 17... I’m now 45.... 26 Dec 19 was my last dip... I have been dip free since then and let me tell you ITS HARD... not going to lie I have wanted one soooooo bad... the real test is when I go back to work after the holidays.... thanks for listening
