Do you and would you have the ability to help out with the SSOA/ tracking down the missing/ and/or roll flipping duties in your April 2020 quit group? Any help at all is much appreciated and goes along way when it comes to Brotherhood + Accountability. Thanks in advance!

Great job taking a stand telling nicotine to fuck off back on the 26th. That's pretty awesome to do it alone for a while. So from Canada eh? @Sand44 where you at these days? The secret to staying quit is joining a Quit Group and posting roll every day. When we post roll we make a promise to ourselves and the entire community that we will not use nicotine in any form for the whole day. Hey all

I decided that 2020 would be the year... then I thought why am I waiting till 2020 that is just making another Excuse. I was tired of making excuse after excuse. I’m from Canada and in the Military so that’s where I picked it up at the ripe age of 17... I’m now 45.... 26 Dec 19 was my last dip... I have been dip free since then and let me tell you ITS HARD... not going to lie I have wanted one soooooo bad... the real test is when I go back to work after the holidays.... thanks for listening
