He will be back........right before his next dentist appointment. Apparently his friend the dentist was able to tell him he doesn't have cancer, yet. Moving on. Will waste no more time on Michael
I did email Michael and he is still quit. He has been offshore fishing. Hopefully he gets back on and posts roll soon.

I'm here and haven't caved! I posted roll everyday except for Friday?

Hey Raider, have some faith in me. I'm truly tired of the my old addict life and want something better. I appreciate you buddy!
Glad to see ya back. You must have gotten bumped a day or two. How was fishing?
I noticed when you posted roll this morning you put yourself under the "supporters" section. Be sure to post under the "new quitters" section so your name doesn't get missed on the spreadsheet. That could be why you were logged as MIA.

hmmm apparently not too scared...no visits scheduled for your dentist friend? this was just 9 days ago...all better and cured? 'bang head'

I feel really good but I am not sleeping very good. yesterday afternoon I had a terrible head ache.
I ate a big sausage biscuit this morning with my daughter at Chic Filet and craved a big dip afterwards.
I really appreciate the support!
Water helped my headaches. I also took Motrin for it. As far as sleep goes I take Zzzquil an hour before I want to hit the sack.
Cranberry Juice and a shit ton of it...helps cut the fog...Raider said hit the sack...

Yep food was an awful trigger for me too just know its coming and do something different like fireballs or seeds. I ate about two fields of sunflower seeds in the beginning.

Hang in there man. My story sounds just like yours. I quit Saturday....5 days a go. Saturday was not bad, but the trial really started Sunday evening. I was basically sitting in the living room doing nothing, because I didn't fell like doing anything. I was pissed, depressed, and....well.... pissed. I had cold flashes, and dizziness all night. Eventually I went to bed early and I stayed in bed from 8 PM Sunday til 10 AM Monday.

Hang tough.

We are with you.

If you can find the time...exercise.
I'm trying to jog/walk each day for 30-40 min. Seems to help me concentrate on my goal and feed my quit fire. cowboy

here's some advice i got my first go around...don't sensationalize it as far as dip goes..don't use terms like "big ol dip" or old friend or whatever little thing you can think of that makes chew "special" to you. It may seem like i'm nitpicking your words and taking them out of context but it is the little things that if you can change will turn into big things.

As long as that fear continues, you will be ok. Once the fear subsides your guard will be let down and she will pounce. I know this because I lived it. I stopped for 3 years before and got cocky, then she struck with "just one dip" and fuck, I was hooked just like that. I could have been quit for the last 9 years. Now with KTC I am more confident than ever that I will not dip today, period. Why? Because I posted roll and made the promise to my brothers and sisters in here that I wouldn't cave. I am a man of my word. And that my friend is how it's done.
