Reach down and confirm the presence of testicles please. I need to here some fucking conviction. Hope, Wish. Luck. Give me a fucking break. Let me hear how much you want to be clean. Let me hear the hatred you have for being an addict. You got yourself a plan this time?

"Wish me luck" , "give it a shot"-these don't sound like the words of someone who is 100% giving it their all to quit.
bump

add to the list: "craving i couldn't refuse". seriously? BTW, still waiting on an introduction in the may12 group.
*Quit today. Full stop. No qualifiers. Tomorrow?... IDK, IDC.

Hey everyone my name is zach and I was on here before and I was chew free for around twenty days until I had a craving that I couldn't refuse and I regret it everyday so now I'm on here again to give it a shot and use this site for more help unlike I did last time so I was wondering if anyone had any tips for me as I start this long road?
"A craving I couldn't refuse?" This is bullshit. Every quitter on this site has cravings, most have them daily. You had better get your head on straight and get more serious than this before you post any roll again.

Everyone on this site wants you to be successful, Zach. But it all starts with you. People on this site are in a battle for their life, literally. I know that losing to the nic bitch means that I'm back on the fast track to cancer. I know that every single day, I have to win the battle. The war, well that goes on forever. But I know that today, I can and will win the battle for February 20, 2012.

Until you realize that you are fighting for your life, you're going to end up back for a round 3, round, 4, round 5.... Act like you are fighting for your life ... because you are.

Zach, you are going to have to be serious about your quit, you are going to have to really want it. Get ready to take a beating from some of the members for having quit your quit once already.

This place is all about being accountable to yourself and to all of your quit brothers. If you are quit now and are completely off nicotine, meaning no replacement therapy like nicorette gum or patches then post roll and promise to remain quit.

I am guessing if you were here before you know about posting roll call and you know how the site runs. I would suggest you take some time to read and see the growing pains that each quit group goes through.

Welcome.
Yeah I understand the Consequences of my actions and I know ill talke a lot of critism for quitting the quit last time and I'm hoping to be forgiven and move on with the help I had last time because it was helpful and I just didn't take advantage it. As of now I have dumped my last can in the toilet and its flushed and I'm done that's something I didn't do last time now I'm ready for this its gonna be hell and I promise to you and everyone on this site I am DONE and I know as of now that don't mean much but I want this and I will post roll tomorrow
Only one way to be "forgiven" and that's stay true to your word and remain quit. Sounds like you weren't to involves with the site last time so my advice would be to get close, reach out to your quit brothers get numbers and next time you crave call one...what I don't understand is what could've been so bad to put that bullet back? Just stupid, don't let it happen again, realize there are people here (in the chat) that are willing to help too. Nothin..NOTHIN could've have been that bad (ask 30), caving is not an option
I am gonna be true to my word a lot of stuff have happen since the last time that has been an eye opener and now I'm ready to do this and be more involved in this site and take every advice I can get I've already been doing some reading and its inspiring and I wanna be apart of this brotherhood better then last time
