I finally made it in with the doctor. Here is the Update.

Earaches are caused by TMJ ( Temporomandibular Disorders ). I need to do the exercises and be on soft diet for 3 weeks. I'm not really buying into that though with having earaches for the last 8 months or so. I also have to wear a night guard every night to keep my jaw and mouth in check. I also had a hearing test to determine if I'm having hearing loss. Left ear is having more issues that I would like to say. In the 8khz test, the test has a large spread from ear to ear... Which can mean some other shit.

The breathing issue ,mucus and sinus issues are caused by my nostrils not moving the mucus correctly. I should have a gel layer that comes up and moves my shit down my throat and it does not. IT will get stuck and then I get sick. Its a perfect scenario for bacteria and virus' to grow. Steriods for the nose and Ayr Nasal spray through out the day to fix that issue.

Still no response really about the lump. I'm getting shocking/tingling feeling up and down my face/neck. It hurts . It is always a bit numb or its my brain fuking with me. One or the other.
I called my Doc to find out if I could get a MRI like my ENT suggested if the feelings get worse over time. Still Waiting for a Response there.
Hang in there and keep pushing the envelope until you get the examination that will put your mind at ease. Investing in piece of mind is a good thing. You need this to move on and forward; so push to get that MRI or appropriate study ASAP. On the TMJ front, I understand why you're not buying it, but the logic you note that TMJ may be the underlying cause, certainly is not a far-fetched idea. Do the soft diet and exercises. Anyhow, no matter the path you go down to get this all hammered out, there is one thing that is an absolute must and I am 100% positive on...you need to be quit. 1 problem + nicotine = 2 problems. No matter the level of stress you're having, adding nicotine into the fold only makes it worse. Keep posting roll, keep journaling your quit.
IMHO: Don't ask or request the MRI. Tell the doctor you want to have one done immediately and to provide the necessary paperwork. From my experience doctors aren't proactive at all. They have no incentive to be, they aren't auto mechanics and they don't do free estimates. You have to be your own #1 advocate. Push for your own care. Demand what you think you need.
I took your advice and called immediately. Just waiting to hear back from the Doc who is out on Vacation! roflmao

SaVee,
I hope all is well with the lump. Try not to worry too bad. When I quit, I did so because I had a tooth that was killing me. Pain radiated all the way up to my eye. To make matters worse, I had this weird ridge appear on my tongue. I read everything I could, and by the time I was finished I was sure I had the worst things possible. I made an appointment with an oral surgeon and had to wait about a month and a half. I was sure that in the mean time some horrible disease was ripping through my body. Try not to search too much, it will drive you insane. Keep praying and trusting in God. If it means anything, I said a prayer for you. God bless!
Thanks For the encouragement gamecockfan. I know when anyone is sick or down, they think they are the only ones going through this. I think you so much for your share so I can relate and find hope within another. I"m putting my trust and faith in God. Just like any addiction or temptation you can always doubt or fall going up the stairs. Sometimes you just get tired and need to sit down. Corinthians 10:13 :) No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it. Just sometimes you lose the faith and question. I just need to stand and finish the races i'm in.

Need to come to KTC and Kick it.
Mind is going crazy... Not with the NB. Pretty sure my Mind and Body are trying to heal themselves.. but the body is getting weak. Gained 15 pounds since I quick chewing.
Yeah, but the weight can be lost Savee.
stay strong man. stay quit. Take some walks or begin to exercise. you will fee so much better and since you are not shoving shit in your mouth any longer, the exercise will make you feel like a whole new person.
Roger... I"m going to go home and Kick some ass!
Work on being quit first, a few extra pounds for a month or two isn't the end of the world, unless you are an underware model like myself.
If it matters I gained 25 lbs after quitting . But after about 150 days when I had a strong handle on my addiction I started dieting and have lost more than I gained. Put your focus on your quit now. Also buy some sugar free gum, or tooth picks or something else without calories and use those as your oral fixation reliever instead of food. As long as you're quit...you're still kicking ass in my book.

I have been looking for some similar stories or assurance. Thanks. I'm looking forward to making it to HOF. I want to see what the doc says. I'll follow what ever God throws my way.. Not like I have much of a choice with the damage i have done.

Still looking up and pissed.
HOF is a nice first milestone in a lifetime if quit. A lifetime taken ODAAT. Just win each new day. Each new day is all you need to worry about. I know how you are feeling in regards to the unknown health issue. Best advice is tackle it head on and get it taken care of. Take the bull by the horns. Attack your quit like a man possessed. It's the best thing you can do.
Make every day a party. Milestones such as HOF, 2nd floor, comma's, etc are great accomplishments but they are just part of the journey.
God will never put on you what you can't handle. You have this burden, and you can overcome or it wouldn't be there. I'm quitting with you bro.
I'm thankful to say i'm quit. ODAAT.
Thanks for the encouragement. I need to put on that ;Ironman: everyday.
