I'm feeling so many different emotions right now I can't even type anything
That's because you're no longer drowning your emotions in nicotine. You are no longer using poison to self-medicate and perform a carcinogenic lobotomy on yourself. Now you're acting like a man. You've stepped up to the plate and delivered haymaker after haymaker for the last several days and your opponent is weakening. You are feeling emotions because your psyche no longer depends on nicotine to stay even keel. Nice job bro, #winning
That's a great way to put it. I think you've done this before bro! ;)

Thanks for keeping us on track here. I'm not quitting on my own. Everyone on this site is helping me so much. But my daily vow on the roll helps the most. :D
daily roll is crutial we stay committed together !
It sure is. Why have you been missing days?
Hey stranger! I stopped with my usual morning routine of a cup of coffee and getting online to post roll before work and then it slips my mind later in the day. Thanks for being supportive bro i quit with you and everyone else here making the choice to quit.
We must be careful, posting roll early and Edd is our best source of defense against the nic bitch. Complacency will sneak up on you my brother be careful! Quit on!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

RT, my man-

Yeah brother! We made it to double digits together!!

We've both been through massive ups and downs emotionally and physically. It's pretty apparent that we're both starting to chill and "ease into" our quit.

This is where it's going to get difficult, we can't get overconfident. Well do this together...I'm here for your quit brother.

We're quit today.
This is what a couple of young oak trees look like.
ODAAT, and soon no wind or storm will shake the foundation of these daily commitments.

Hold on RT.....This is going to be a great ride.

I QUIT with you today.

Good morning fellow quitters. Today is day 9 and it feels like its been a month since i took my last dip. Ive been suffering neck pain for the past 3-4 days not sure if its related to my quit but besides that I'm holding strong. my foggy moments are shorter and I'm less irritable. Have a great day stay quit make your promise. later!

Breathe deep, my friend.

Read all the HOF speeches, WOW from veterans. Keep posting what you're going through, it'll provide some relief.

You got this man, just keep breathing through tonight. You'll wake up tomorrow feeling awesome.

You're quit.
