Came on here in the middle of my quit last time. Made it close to a year or so but started dippin again. Quit a couple of years before that but only made it a couple months.  Been about two years since my last quit failed and hoping i can give it one more try.  Just getting tired of it. Drives me crazy every day and everytime i put one in my lip. Threw my can out the window on the way home today.  These next couple of days are gonna suck but i know it gets better.  Just wanted to know if anyone had any ideas or anything that has helped them along the way that may help me too.
Post roll today, post roll tomorrow, post roll the day after and so on. Reach out to the people on this site any time you need to. Check you inbox for my number. QUIT TODAY!!!!
Do or do not there is no try

Step 1 POST ROLL
Step 2 - Set up Plan to deal with cravings
Step 3 POST ROLL
Heres an idea for ya, quit being a spineless ninny. Im hoping to try? Such unbridled douchebaggery will never do. How bout just fucking do it. In or out cup cake. My guess is you lack the balls to really do this. You want a magic bullet? Sorry i used them all up while riding my unicorn thru lollipop land. Flying monkeys and whatnot. If you want to quit, then quit. It isnt even hard once you decide. But you havent really decided. I find "hope and try" offensive. This site is for quitters ,no "hope and try" Allowed. This post is even a waste of time, because i doubt youll even read it. Your back licking the taint of UST indulging in their minty flavored cancer. Actually your moreof a berry snus fella i bet. Fail , fail, fail, fail, fail,

Actually , you should change the title of this thread to three strikes your out. And let somebody that loves you know that on your tombstone they should write " he was hoping to try, but never DID. "
Come on, Nate.... get serious and get it done!!! You keep "lurking" as Skoal Monster says, but nothing else? Had you not failed, look where you'd be now. Surely you don't want to look back 2 years from now and be in the same situation again. Stop wanting, trying, and talking. Start doing. Then keep on doing.
No excuse for not posting roll. My introduction that I posted in April is not the attitude I have now. I have posted roll today and am still quit for good. I did not realize anyone was still posting on my introduction. The last 20 days or so seems to be worse than the first 50 but i haven't and will not give in to that shit.
You know, my last 20 days have been my worse as well. You just gotta keep posting roll and keeping that promise.

Keep up the fight!
You may be cool, but you're a tool compared to these guys.

There is no try. You just quit today. Tomorrow you quit again. That's why we post roll every day.

Yeah man, stick with THIS program. I can see you didn't make it far with this program last time, and you may not have stuck around long enough to even know what the program is.

Step 1- Return to your original quit group (its probably May 2010 or something) and check in. They probably wont remember you but you need to do this.

Step 2- Read everything in the salmon (or pink) colored link in the upper left hand corner of this page called WELCOME CENTER.

Step 3- Rinse and repeat EVERYDAY. We post roll (our promise not to chew for just that day) everyday, without fail. Its the main weapon you have and it works. Matter of fact I told one of my quittin bros today that honestly I don't want to have to come here everyday and post roll, but I do because I hate chewing more than I dislike having to post roll, so its a no brainer.

I assume you hate dippin as much as I do so you have come back to the right place.

Stick around man, we collectively know WAY more about quitting than you do so you will be in good hands.

PM me if I can help.

None of those were quits!!
I haven't been here that long but think I have a good grasp on the most important thing about my quit! My contact list is vital for me also to reach out to when I'm having a rough time. Earlier today I posted this:

Some thoughts that have been going through my mind about posting roll. When you look at those who cave most of the time roll call isn't a top priority.

What is Roll Call?

1. For me roll call is an opportunity to come before my group and make a solemn promise to stay quit with them for the entire day.
2. For me roll call must come early in the day or it is nothing but boasting that I've been quit up to that point of the day without a promise.
3. For this dumb ass addict roll call is a reminder of what I am and where I've come from, a dumb ass addict that has pulled myself up from my addiction.
4. For Me roll call reminds me of how long my journey has been, not just days quit but I am also reminded how long it took me to turn my nicotine use around. (for me it around 14000 days and I will never forget that)
5. Last for me roll call is a opportunity to return to my group and report that I have been faithful to the commitment that I made to them the day before and that I have advance 1 more day.

TODAY is the day that counts

Hi, my name is nate and i am currently on my 81st day.  I came across this site a couple of years ago when i quit but i never signed up.  After dipping for 10 years I quit for about four months but was back at it again.  I recently quit again in december and dont plan on going back this time.  I thought about the site and decided to join a couple of days ago.  It is never to late to join if your taking a look at the site. It has already helped me out.
Awesome! Absolutely awesome.

Welcome!
Welcome Nate,

This site did one huge thing for me. I learned that I am in fact an addict. This is why like you I kept going back to the can. I always rewarded myself with a dip for being quit . How dumb is that?. This place can be brutal but it excels at peeling away all the layers of lies that we tell ourselves about this "habit". When you can see the truth about what your doing to yourself the quit becomes easier to hold onto.

YOu can do this
