Hello KTC community, my name is KJ and I'm 22 and have been dipping for 5 years. I was at about a log of copenhagen wintergreen every 3 days.
Today is Day 3 on my decision to quit, and day 1 was really tough, and day 2 was really tough as well but towards the end of the night last night I found Smokey Mountain in my local sheetz and that has helped alot today. Drinking lots of water and snacking like hell too. I will get through this! I will be quit.
