Thanks quitters. 5th floor is a good place to be. I feel much better than I expected -- both physically and mentally. Ghost craves still show up, fleeting and faint, yet there regardless. I used Copenhagen for 35 years -- 35 years of training my brain and body to stuff my face with crap every day. I have 34 more years of retraining to not stuff my face ahead. So I expect more craves for the foreseeable future. The daily roll promise helps me laugh them away. So I'll be around here for a while ahead.
