slept better last night... had an observation.

growing up I was an early riser and full of energy early in the morning. like, hyper in the morning... so, I figured I would always be a morning bird (like my mom).

I'm on day 3 now. did anyone else notice a better feeling in the AM and even becoming a morning person?

Welcome on your quit - you will be amazed how good you feel
In about a
Week and even better after a
Month
see that's crazy... dip made me feel so good I figured being tobacco free you'd feel worse all the time??

feeling pretty good today though considering how I didn't sleep last night good at all
It's funny what your body will trick you into believing. Fact of the matter is dip didn't make you feel better, it made you feel worse. You will be amazed at how well you actually feel once all that stuff is out of your system. Keep working out, drown yourself in water. Don't worry about the sleep, or the fact that you probably won't be able to shit, or have normal shits for a while. Those will come back. Keep it up man, you are doing great. I sent you a PM with my number, if you ever need don't hesitate.

Well that's officially 24 hours... Feeling kinds delirious, but okay... Very hungry, have eaten pretty good tonight and still hungry
Yup.

Do what you have to do. Shedding a couple pounds via exercise is way easier than shedding them via a saw to the face.

Water, and get some sleep tonight. Eat.
yea I had a pretty good workout last night as well. plan on working out tonight too

feeling good though. just didn't sleep good at all last night. woke up every hour wide awake and full of energy and would have to calm myself back down.

thanks man

Water in mass quantities, if you can pass a urinal without having to release the beast near it you aren't drink enough.

Exercise helps eliminate cravings as well, I did pushups or burpees when I have a craving early on and it worked.

Find an alternative for dip, cinnamon candies, sunflower seeds, fake dip...whatever works. Word to the wise eating a whole bag of mint Lifesavers acts as a natural diauretic and you will be seated later in the day (personal experience).
