Idaho Spuds - 500 days

Feeling pretty good at 500 days, half comma.
I am looking forward to starting a brand new year 2016 quit and working towards my next milestones.

At this stage in my quit, I don't worry as much anymore but I occasionally think about chew. But any thoughts are easily dismissed I haven't came this far for without a reason.

Proud to quit with everyone on KTC, see you tomorrow and of course at 600 ;)

I touched a can of cope this weekend...

Visiting my folks and cleaning off the table for dinner, I moved my father's can... weird feeling but mostly disgusted by it.

Also some newer friends of ours, said to me at dinner the other night "what is kill the can?" I like the KTC posts on facebook and they never knew I chewed. So I had to go into a whole story about my addiction and site... a slightly uncomfortable conversation as I am not proud of my past but proud I am quit!

a couple more days to 500..

1 year/365 days quit.
My one year quit happy coincided with a routine dentist appointment so it felt good to get a check-up and tell them that I am 1 year clean.
I still think about chew once in a while, walking through a grocery store or seeing a can while visiting my dad. Any thoughts about it is quickly followed by I AM NEVER GOING BACK! I have my promise on roll, my cellphone full of digits and my family to think about.
Lastly, I am happy to be quit and a member of the great community here on KTC.
See you tomorrow and the next day after
Congrats on one full trip around the sun, without shit in your teeth!
Thanks Pinched,
I've said it once and I'll say it again

CONGRATS SPUDS 'boob'

Congrats! 365 some BAQ!
Congratulations spuds! You are the man! Continue on with your journey! Quitting with you today my brother!
Congrats Spuds! Avatars appreciated, what MCO was to ass you are to boobs.
