There are no circumstances in which using nicotine will improve the outcome.

My journey. The best part it is not over yet.

M,
First and foremost from another St. Louisan, welcome to KTC. This shit is not easy but you can do it. You do need to learn the importance of posting roll daily. You now have my number in a PM use that as well. I quit using the KTC method 572 days ago and there are good days and bad days but all days I am committed and Tobacco/Nicotine free daily.

Hey M, these guys have it right. Post roll everyday, it is the price to pay to stop using nicotine. Posting roll and making your promise to us all is the foundation of quit. I Know it is not fun now but the ride has just begun. Think of a huge water slide, you are now standing in line, climbing stairs, it's hot and muggy and it sucks. Before long you will be riding the endless waves of the rest of your life. It's so worth the time, and then get in here and give a small amount back to some new quitter.

Mogul, I quit with you today.

Hey Moliver,

Read in May you were traveling and in hotel tonight. Your idea on chat room is great.
That's some good quit knowing your triggers.
Be strong, it is so worth it.
I quit with you tonight, you are not alone... Brothers are everywhere 24/7 .
I believe.....

I hear ya, it isn't fun.

The fun is you aren't a slave to a soulless mega-corporation anymore.

The fun comes on your first nicotine free vacation when you aren't looking for a place to poison yourself.

The fun comes the first time you haven't seen someone for a long time and they realize you are a quitter, not a user.

It sucks until it doesn't, but if I can do it, so can you.

Thanks guys for all the nice welcomes. Sitting in my office, eating lunch and my mind continues to drift towards the ritual of hanging a D during this time. My mind subconsciously goes there.

So I've had my gluten-free lunch and no chew....man is this fun.

Great news Moliver and welcome to the May quit group. Can't give much advice since I'm a noob but will certainly support you along the way. I will say make sure you get a couple of numbers and start texting with them. It makes all the difference
