Welcome aboard. You may not realize this fully right now - but it's not a habit. You are addicted to nicotine. The only way to beat any addiction is to own it, not the other way around. Embrace being quit and don't even think about glamorizing something that tried it's best to kill you - all the while stealing your money. It's canned poison. Nothing more. Read everything you can on this site. Get to know people. Guzzle the Kool aid by the gallon. If you buy into what KTC is selling wholeheartedly, there is no way you can fail. If you don't have any numbers in your quit group - start getting a couple. Seems odd huh? It won't when you need someone to lean on. PM me if you want mine. Most importantly - post roll EVERY DAY. Not sometimes. Not 5 out of 6 days. Every day. Then honor it. You can do this.

Great to see you post roll, Hoss, and glad you happened upon Chat Room last night. You'll get the hang of posting roll soon enough -- hell, I'm sure I still screw it up -- just make that the automatic thing you do each day. You'll make yourself accountable to your brothers of Mayhem and, by extension, yourself. Remember: ODAAT. You can do this, and we're here to help.

Listen to my voice...post roll and repeat. Welcome you can do this and weare here to help.. We have all been in your shoes and know what yoir going through. Do what ever you need to do to keep that shit out of your mouth... drink a lot of water, avoid alcohol, get some seeds, hard candy, toothpicks or faks chew....clean out and destroy anything that has to do with nicotine.. Find your quit group and post roll (your promise to not use for the day.) Get into chat for help....
