Just quit an hour at a time, even a minute at a time. Read as much on here as you can. I was blown away when I started reading the stories and could see myself and my actions in everything I read. We are all nicotine addicts. Kodiak controlled my life for 22 years!

Not anymore - you can do this 1 day at a time. I'm quitting with you today. Are you quitting with me?

O - smells like freedom! Get seeds, candy, gum, fake chew or whatever it takes stay nicotine free. It will be a tough ride but it is worth it.
