Good job posting roll today.

You may want to print out the Contract to Give Up, put it in your wallet, and be sure to sign it before you touch nicotine again. Here's the link: http://www.killthecan.org/facts/contract.asp

I think you should spend some time "exploring" that odd feeling. Maybe write down why you want to quit- you cant kinda-sorta-think you are going to attempt to quit. That is the mentality of a man that wants to fail.

Like Coach Steve says "QUIT LIKE FUCK" think about that shit.

"Chances are for the birds" or something like that.
Just quit and never look back...then do it again..

If you think there's a chance you'll fail...you'll fail. Addicts can't leave themselves an "out." Post roll so that there's no "out."

If I can do this, you can do this. Here's Oct. 13. Welcome and yell if you need anything.

This is my final, "final" attempt
« on: July 23, 2013, 03:28:00 PM »
I have tried several times to quit but for some odd reason, I am more inspired this time around. The end of the road is finally here and I am done for good. I'm not sure if I just don't have a desire or want to dip anymore, but I am feeling good about my chances.

One quick question and any help would be appreciated: I am trying to find my October 2013 Quit Group. Anyone know where I could find it?

Thanks! Looking forward to speaking with all of you!
