Saw you are past the 30 day point -- congratulations! I am a few days behind you but doing it one day at a time.

Just wanted to give you a thumbs UP as a fellow Female EX Snuser in a mostly Male Dip group.

Stay Strong!! 'clap'

Nice job on day 4! Today all the nicotine has left your system and the physical withdrawals should be over with. The mental games begin now. Continue to post your word everyday and keep your promise -- it's simple but it isn't always easy. Get on here and rant and rave if you need to, but don't let nicotine win today.

Welcome Rachel, glad to have you in the group. This is totally possible as long as you post every day and keep your word. When it gets tough, get on this site and read, post, text, or whatever you have to do to not pick up that can again. We are here to support you and hold you accountable...and that works both ways.

Good for you, Rachel. The desperation in your intro is something all of us have felt at one time or another before we quit. It is amazing what each of us was capable of in feeding the addiction. Now it's time to put that much effort into taking your life back from that addiction. This site will provide you the tools to do so, but you have to want it and you have to want it for you (not your husband, son or unborn kids). This is entirely possible. You only need to win the battle today. Leave tomorrow's battle for when it gets here. Just focus on winning today. Each time you do, it's a victory.

I tried to quit a hundred times before finding this place, but it never stuck because I didn't have anybody holding me accountable. I will never regret that decision I made 776 days ago. I took my life back and the freedom from having that burden lifted is indescribable. This is going to take some intestinal fortitude, but you can do it. Welcome!

Good job on attempting to post roll(you will figure it out). Do it first thing in the morning every day. Then keep your promise! Drink lots of water exercise as much as possible and use candy seeds fake or whatever it takes to stay quit. Start reaching out to others in your group and exchange digits. Build accountability for yourself. PM me if you need anything

Its Time
« on: August 21, 2017, 11:57:00 PM »
I am 26 years old recently married with a 5 year old son. Ive been using Camel Snus since I was 18. I quit once before when i found out i was pregnant with my son. It was one of the hardest things to do I had no support but also no choice. As soon as my son was born I picked it back up. My husnband who doesnt have children desperately wants one and with my son now in school im ready to go again. I dont want to crash during early pregnancy like before, and I DONT want to pick it up again either. So ive been planning to try to quit by weening myself off. It was always just ONE MORE CAN,,,, and I ended up doubling the amount I did not lessinging it. Well tonight i looked and the skin under my lip as well of my gums are completely brown. I was scared to death. I googled quit dipping and here I am. My husband now has my ID so I can buy any and Im nervous but Im ready. Its time to take control back over my health my finaces and all the furniture that gets covered in awful dead pouches.
