Tick Tick, Clock just rolled over the 10 PM mark. That marks 72 Hours quit. Day 4 here I come, building confidence by the minute
That is how it is done. Keep on quitting.  The nic is almost entirely out of your system now. That is a huge victory. When was the last time you could say that?
Congratulations. Keep your word today, and we shall see you at roll call tomorrow.
It has been a LONG ASS TIME since I could say that my body was purged of nicotine. I am here now and no turning back, posted my roll for day 4 and will soon be onto day 5. Thanks for the support guys.
Day 5 will be better than day 4 . Don't look over your shoulder . Keep quitting one day at a time .
Cut way back on caffeine , and keep your blood sugar up and STEADY !! Pineapple juice is good .
In addition exercise will help reduce number of craves and intensity.

You got this

Appreciate the support I will win this battle one day at a time!!

Thanks for the advice on the juice, I will be giving that a try for sure.

"CLOSE THE DOOR. In my opinion, it?s the single most important step in your final quit. There is one moment, THE moment, when you finally let go and surrender to the quit. After that moment, no temptation will be great enough, no lie persuasive enough to make you commit suicide by using tobacco."

I am liking this Shawshank Redemption analogy. You just dug the tunnel and climbed out of your cell. Now you have to break into the sewer and crawl through 200 yards of shit to be free. Post today and keep your word. You will make it only a few yards but keep going and you will breathe air that is freedom. Stay the course and follow the plan with perfection. Post 100% when you wake and its Today, keep your word for that day, sleep, wake and repeat.

Keep going!!!!!

The others have pretty much covered everything, so I just want to welcome you to the brotherhood Ace. Whereabouts in the flatlands are you? I'm just a hop skip and a jump down the road from Pinched. Feel free to PM me if you ever need anything. I quit with you today.

Nice job posting roll. I grinded for the first few days too. Once I found this place, everything became much easier and made more sense. Spend as much time as you can on here for a while.
You are doing this. You fight through today. Then, we start again tomorrow.
Proud to be quit with you.

Typo in your last sentence. Pretty sure you meant "can" beat this bitch!
Yeah. You can. In fact... You ARE!

3 days... Your body has purged itself of nicotine. Great!
The bad news?... Your brain will take awhile to catch up. No worries... you're right on track. Get to know us, make this site your best friend for awhile. Get up to the Welcome Center link at the top of the page. Learn how and why we post roll with a quit group. Welcome in bro... Freedom is pretty damn cool.
Yep was a typo, can't seem to think straight currently but doing everything I can to never give into this dip again

I have been a frequent tobacco user for 10 years. I used everyday and up to a can a day until 3 days ago. I threw my last 1/2 a can in the trash and here I am, sitting at my computer shaking, heart racing, pretty much a mess. I have anxiety issues as well and they are not helping in any way, shape, or form. I am going to prove to myself once and for all I cant beat this bitch.
Still on your computer now?
Oh yea still here
