Welcome Bill. Post roll today and let's get the party started!

"today you dissided that shit wont control your life. and it wont. unless you let it." - drome
"Not thinking about nicotine is for people who've never used nicotine. We threw that option away with the first dip or drag on a cigarette. We are addicts, and cannot become un-addicted." - wildirish317
"You need to decide how much you really want to be quit." - pky1520
We are always at risk. And probably always will be. That is why I will never get "too quit" to post my +1. Every. Damn. Day. - geis2597

Congratulations on the decision to quit.

Post roll everyday and make that promise to yourself and to the brotherhood that you will not use nicotine for that day.

It will not be an easy road but it will be so worth it. Drink lots of water the first week. Your body will be flushing that toxin out and water will go along ways. Read and post on the forums.

There are thousands of veteran quitters on here that will help any way they can. The only cost is to post roll and make that promise to not use nicotine that day.

I am proud to quit with you today.

Hi!

Bill, welcome to the site! In his near infinite awesomeness, DWEIRICK was right to send you this way. Nomore1959 said it better than I could. This site really does simply revolve around making a promise and sticking to it. It's all about accountability. So, it's also good to meet people and make friends on this site, that way they become people you'd never want to let down. It shouldn't be hard, as the people here are good, good people. Solid folks.

Anyway, welcome aboard, and I'm glad to be quit with you today!

The only one you can disappoint is yourself, because you can only quit for yourself. I "quit" using tobacco 30-40 times for my wife and kids, yet I only quit once for myself. Do you see the difference?

Post roll, and quit with us today.

Bill, it is very simple (yet very hard). Post roll every day first thing when you wake up. Exchange digits with your fellow quitters and support eachother through the suck, fog and cravings to come. Quit for today, repeat tomorrow.

Well, this is my first day quitting after 4 off and on years mostly on but never again. My name on here is BillWantsToQuit, my real name is Nabil but it's much easier to go by Bill lol feel free to call me what ever though. A huge shout out to DWEIRICK because he quickly acclimated me to the intensity and necessity of needing to quit right away in the live chat. It won't be easy but I've never been in a group or around as many people motivated to share the common goal for the better so I'm really excited to get started. I don't really know how too much of this works so if anybody wants to chime in feel free, thank you all for letting me be apart of this and I really hope not to disappoint anyone.
No need to thank me just returning what this site has given me!! Below is the link for roll post that day one there! If you would like to be a part of the December Group Me (Group text messaging) send me a PM with your phone number!
