Not as big a pinch as I usually do, but I did screw up  :( I love the posting roll idea. Later when I have time I'll check out the welcome page and watch the video on how to roll. the seeds have helped me quite a bit. So has eclipse gum, sugarfree candy, jerky. If you can get it, the fake herbal stuff helps with the oral fixation.

Seeds, gum, and butterscotch. I'm never without them. My son loves it.. I always have a snack in my pocket!
