Glad you're here with us, take heed of all the guys reaching out to you. Take all of our stories, and you'll see that they are basically the same. We were all slaves to nicotine, until we broke free and helped break others free, and now we are sprinting toward the exits. The actual addiction, is never over. I've read the stories of guys going to the 700th day, 1,000th day and so on, and caving. Which is why we stress ONE DAY AT A TIME! Don't promise for the rest of your life, focus on that day, you'll find its much easier to deal with. So, we are here, ready to take you in and support you. Are you gonna man up, post roll and support your fellow quitters? Nobody in here will just leave you on your ass. If you cant post roll on a day for whatever reason, call/text a quitter and they will gladly do it for you. check your inbox for my #
I quit with you.

Not bullshitting around at all fellas. Threw the can away...yes it's only one can. I am serious. Kind of why I'm here. Seems it's "hard love" around here. I'm cool with that. I'll post roll in the a.m. considering that I didn't know how to do it this morning. All the "quit being a pussy" stuff is great for someone who can take it (me) but I think people come to this site for more than that (to be called a pussy) and who are trying to quit. Sure this site is for quote-unquote quitters, but no one here started out "quit"...you gotta start somewhere. Other than that, thanks for the positive reinforcement. Almost a full day in.

Hey David. Read all you can on the site and familiarize yourself with the various cancer treatments being offered at the cancer treatment hospitals in America. After you have completed that task and make your mind up to stop using nicotine, come on back with a determined attitude and join our fraternity. We don't bullshit around about quitting...and we don't hold your hand and wipe your ass for you. We will support you in your quit and teach you to use the tools it will require to beat this addiction back, but you have to take the first step. Just let us know when you "make your mind up" and are ready to take control of your life.

Don't worry about 'for good', we quit 'today'! Even after 618 days I only worry about today. Most days are easy now. But then I have days like today that my promise to my "Brothers of Quit" becomes the thing that makes me fight the bitch. Jump in and join us in quitting one day at a time.

Hey guys, I'm David. New to the site and new to "the quit". I'm 24 and know that I have plenty of life ahead of me and need to stop this killer addiction now before I regret it later. Cancer scares the crap out of me. I've been dipping on and off since I was 15 while playing sports and hunting/fishing. I'm an avid outdoorsman with many friends that dip. Sometimes I lack the willpower to stop for good, especially while being in those "dipping situations" and being around dipping friends. I'm here to see how everyone has done it and to support anyone who needs help along the way. I hope people will do the same for me. I'm making up my mind to quit for good and would love any tips and support while I start this journey to give up dip. Thanks for reading and for the future support!
Quit being a pussy and just quit already.
We did.
Bring it!!!
This is the truth.

If you aren't willing to flush it and post roll than you aren't quit.

This place is many things but it is not a half ass quit place you either are quit or you are not.

Here is a tip;

spit it out, flush it, clean your car, beside your desk, get rid of the 4 or 5 empty bottles you save, and just quit.

I'm two days quit now. It sucks, come join me/us.
Spit it out throw it away and roll call!

How long you going to be a follower? How about stepping up and leading. Someone needs to show them friends the road to freedom.

Somewhere in you there is a quitter. That's the friend i would like to know. Your move!

Day 5 here Bud.

6 days ago if some one told me I would quit the next day and never touch tobacco/nicotine again I would have said that was impossible. But the next day I did.

Check out the crazy 180 in my intro. index.php?showtopic=9192st=75

As far as the "dipping situations" I just had a 48 hours long Dipping Situation. Thanks to this site, support from fellow quitters, and the promise I make daily I survived those 48 hours. The "Dipping Friends" man, all mine want to quit as much as I did, and they were all suprisingly supportive. Also I made it very clear that I was quit, and should I for some reason ask them for a pinch or a pouch, they were to kick me in my badass quitter balls to remind me of my promise.

I made it through this weekend without getting kicked in the balls, and without nicotine.

If you are ready to quit you're in the right place. Head to the welcome center, get aquainted to the KTC program, Post Roll and start reading... You can quit. Right now.
