Posted this is my Quit group thread and it prob should've been here - any thoughts are much appreciated:
Wanted to get everyone's opinion on this. I am on day 7 and yesterday had major cravings. I used some of the fake stuff (Smokey Mtn, which is actually pretty good). Anyway, it seems I have really tricked my brain into thinking it's getting its fix. I know this should be a positive, but all day today I looked forward to dipping the fake stuff at around the same times I would normally have dipped on a Saturday. Is that normal? I used no fake stuff for the 1st 5 days b/c I didn't have any. I just don't want my addict brain to start the whole planning my day around dipping, even if it is fake stuff.
Any thoughts?
