Welcome aboard....you've got the right idea...you want to take back control of your life, that's what we do here everyday. You are an addict, and will be one the rest of your life....that's the bed we all made....but listening and acting on your bullshit addict thoughts is up to you.

The first few days is like riding a roller coaster....but it gets easier and easier. Post roll every day without fail. Good luck.

It works if you follow the process. Make you promise early every morning and be a man of your word for that day. Wake up, piss, post role. Drink a lot of water the next few days- you are going to need it to flush all the toxins out. You head is going to hurt like a mother fucker but nothing like getting your jaw cut off. Quit with you today.

I"ve lurked here for months. I"ve planned as best I could, and today I quit. DAMN IT. I'm counting each hour, but no dip no nic, just quit.
I'm 53 yo and grew up with everyone chewing/dipping. I chose now to NOT ALLOW THE CAN TO CONTROL ME.
FTC- FTC - FTC is my mantra today.
