Fight craves with water, exercise (push-ups), quick log on here, call a buddy, review "The Contract," mints, gum, candy, dick-in-drawer, etc...
And remember to turn the tables on the Nic Bitch....embrace the withdrawals. Tell yourself "I GET to feel this shitty because I DECIDED to quit." Being quit is a privilege. You're in control now. You're calling the shots.
