Found some pouches in my computer bag and them away.....

The past few hours have been difficult to concentrate fully - I am sure it is going to
Get worse over the next few days before it gets better. Actually feeling a bit warm and not sure of that is also related..

Thank you everyone for your comments.....

I am on day 8 of NO NIC and day 11 with NO CHEW because I was a pansy and used nic gum for a few days.

I am 46 and can relate. Next few days will be hard but they get better..much better.

Chew gum..

I did 10 pushups every time I had an urge.

I slept like shit for a few nights but that has greatly improved.

We are in the same quit group so if you need anything PM me.

It's probably related. Your body is going to spend the next few days flushing out a toxin that you conditioned it too. Your body will regulate! But it will be uncomfortable for a few days. Recognize it for what it is. A purification process. It will get better. That much I can promise.

Quitforsoj;
Welcome to May 2014 group. Post everyday and read as much as you can on this site. I'm on Day 21 and it's been a struggle but I'm holding hope that it'll continue to improve. Get lots of gum and sunflower seeds. Get ready to not poop that much. PM me if you want to exchange numbers to stay accountable to each other. Great to have you in our group. I'm 40.5 and really tried to quit when I was 40. I'm using you as motivation to not relapse this time in my 40s. We are to old (therefore wise!) to put that crap in our mouths. Hate Nicoteen more that the pain of withdraw.

Thanks - can I post roll call via an iPhone or only
A computer
Instructions for posting roll on your iPhone I post on iPhone 100% of the time. Don't worry if you screw it up at first someone will fix it.
Welcome aboard, QFS -- and impressively flawless posting to roll. Project Mayhem needs a Mensa guy like you...

If you haven't already done so, go to the orange "Welcome Center" tab on upper left hand side of your screen and read everything there. You've figured out posting roll, which is a stringent requirement and the only thing we ask you to "pay" each morning. Post roll EVERY DAY without fail. If you can't do it for some reason, reach out to one of us in the May '14 quit group ("Project Mayhem") so we can get your back and keep you focused. Read HOF speeches, early entries from grizzled veterans, and hop into the chat room when you have a few minutes. Get to know people, and exchange phone numbers -- these will be your lifelines.
Let's get your quit rolling. Congrats again. If you have questions, PM me.

I am new to this site and have committed to quitting.

I have dipped for a very long time..... First from 16 to 32 and then again from 42 to now .. I am. 48.... Not sure why I started again but I did. First skoal pouches and also Kodiack when I could spit ---/ over the last few months I have been 100 percent kodiak except when I am sleeping. Probably using 3 to. 4 cans a weeks.... I am done with it - I am thur with nicotine controlling my life!

When I quit the first time it sucked until it did not suck anymore. There is not a lot of resources I could find to help quit except for this site.

It will be hard but has to be done .. My hope is that I then can be a resource to those wanting to quit.
