Hi Q, don't know if it's normal or not since it seems sometimes I have lots of energy and at other times none. I still believe it's my mind and body rewiring from all the nic I used since 1979.

Approaching 50 days ....

I realize that each day is easier but you always have to
Keep your guard up. I was once quit for ALOT of days .... From 1996 to 2004 ... After activitily
Dipping from 1980 to 1996.

One other thing I realized is that this Herbal Chew is quite
Good ...favorite is Hooch .... Got some grinds -- interesting stuff..

No nic today ... No nic again...
I just hit 50 days....it is a mile stone. From what I've read and what I've experienced, there are some strong craves and weird thoughts ahead. Hooch is my favorite as well.

I have to go back and read your intro, I hope you explain how you kicked the bitch's ass for 8 years and then went back. I keep thinking that at some point in my quit quitting will become automatic. I doesn't like that will ever happen.

Proud to quit with you today!!!

After you hit 100
Days - do you need to continue posting
Yep
Posting every damn day is part of what keeps us quit. If you continue to post after day 100, you continue to promise to not use nicotine. Where's the down side?
i was well over 100 days quit...i stopped posting...i posted day 1 yesterday...does that answer your question?
Really dude? If you need to ask that, then you're obviously not paying attention. You just affirmatively answered the question, "is there such a thing as a stupid question?"

Outstanding quit you have going! I'm at day 32 and going strong also. I will be doing some MC riding and camping at about day 80, so I know what you mean by lots of triggers. I used to chew a lot on past trips.
