Nice work - I also "bookmarked" this site like 3 years ago and then made every excuse in the book to avoid quitting and even avoided looking at the name "Kill the can" in my Favorites! Well I was finally ready and it sounds like you are too. I've been on this earth for 38 years and for 22 of them I was stuffing my face with this shit.
