Nice work - I also "bookmarked" this site like 3 years ago and then made every excuse in the book to avoid quitting and even avoided looking at the name "Kill the can" in my Favorites! Well I was finally ready and it sounds like you are too. I've been on this earth for 38 years and for 22 of them I was stuffing my face with this shit. Read as much as you can and you'll see the stories on here are the same as yours.

Follow the plan and you can do this.

I'll quit with you today.

Starting solo is bad ass, but posting roll daily and getting support from people going through the same thing is even more badassish. I quit all damn day with you.
