Day 2 - first day clean from nicotine right from the morning to the evening.
Day 85 - alcohol free

Local time here 4pm now..feeling good. I already made in my life 40 days record and jumped back into the addiction through the lie that I will dip only sometimes for fun, that I already achieved the victory by 40 days but in 1-2 weeks I was dipping a can per day again.

Well, first week is hard..but I know I will do it, I once made it to 40 so for me, this will be really on day at a time. The problem was that I set up a goal 40 days and then I just jumped back, now I MADE A DECISION TO NEVER EVER PUT NICOTINE IN ANY FORM TO MY BLOOD AGAIN. And I was really a lover of shisha (hookah). So, lets go guys, nicotine is bad, kick him :)

I fight myself to be stronger. My keys to success are: Simplicity, peace in mind, precision, organization, always go step by step.

I used to fight demons in my life and they are buried. Nicotine is just another one, because my mind wont be free until Im clear in all areas of my life. Period.

Welcome Puma. You came to the right place and support for your quit. I will say with 100% certainty that the next few days will suck tremendously but stay the course and they will pass. I am only on day 10 after 25 years of addiction but I now know that I can stay quit if I commit ODAAT! Reach out if need anything

Thanks Rapido, congrtulations to day 10 and lets move ODAAT.

Welcome Puma!! If you are ready to quit, and it sounds like you are, you are in the right place. We will have your back and keep you accountable. Exchange digits with people especially in your quit group. Sometimes that seems weird, but it has saved my butt a couple of times. Mine are only a PM away. I am at 50 and I stand quit with you.

Thank you sir. Will do my best.

26.3.2019 today I quit nicotine forever. I made the decision, period.

Im alcohol free 3 months and no drugs allowed in my life, this is the way I go. My drugs are gym, women, life success. That is enough. 8)

Thank you, I already posted my promise in the July group. :)

You have made a great choice. Find your quit group and post your promise each morning to stay nicotine free. Your confidence is great but take one day at a time and reach out if you need help.
