I'm happy to see that you started posting roll call in October, aBhorsen. Welcome to KTC for real now.

Hopefully the fever and sweats have gone away, and if so, you can report back when they went away.

Here's what you do now:

Wake up, piss, post. Every damn day.

Make a promise to yourself and us that you will not use nicotine in any form for the day. Keep your word. Next day, repeat.

So simple, but effective.

Welcome and Congrats on making the BEST decision of your life!

You are with the October 2019 group -- head over there and post!  That is the daily price for being on this site and getting the SUPPORT you will need to kick Nicotine to the curb.

I was a heavy snus user -- tried to stop many times -- found this site and now am QUIT for 697 days!  Make no mistake -- this group saved my life.

As you know unlike dip you swallow Snus -- keep it in your mouth longer and it has MORE nicotine.  I was a Swedish Snus user and that stuff is loaded with nicotine -- no wonder a nicotine addict like me LOVED it.  So discreet, so easy to use -- so DEADLY!

Post up - read read read read -- get involved -- swap digits -- and POST EARLY every day!

I will look for you on the October group.

I never used Snus but I remember my day 6 because I started my introduction thread here that day.  :)

The sweats will probably get better in a week or so.  The best way to pass the time is to find your quit group and start posting roll every day.

It takes 72 hours for the nicotine to leave your body.  Then the fun begins.  Stay close to this site.  Read everything you can find.  Find your quit group.  And post everything that you're experiencing.

Welcome you our nightmare.  I went through this same thing 1247 days ago.  Never look back.

Since I was 20, I've used Snus daily. Essentially if I was awake, I had a lip in. I'm currently at Day 6 with 0 tobacco use.

When does the high body temperature and sweating end???
