Juda, if you ever come back and see this, unblock me from your phone and send me a text.  I kinda get it, but I'm a little pissed that you blocked me man.  I thought we were tighter than that.  Whatever happens, keep the faith, it's the only thing that sets you truly free.

Great comfort in finding this site after 17 days dip free. So many sites talk about the first two weeks and make like all will be well if you get to that point... Big ole sack of BS, because I am dying right now and my poor family is about to boot me to the back 40 because of my piss-poor attitude.

Anyway, 50 years old now and started smoking at age 17, went to dips 15 years ago, and have kept a dip in sun-up to bed time since then. Went cold turkey on the dip since I went in for brain surgery to remove a benign (praise the good Lord above) pituitary macro tumor. Too funny that the brain surgery recovery has been going great and I am 85% recovered, but quitting this stuff has been the worst, and I keep having thoughts about trying to gnaw through a rough cut oak 2x4; damn gum just isn’t cuttin it any more. In all seriousness, the time has come and I am very committed to this effort as well as the efforts of everyone who so graciously provides support and personal stories at KTC - God bless everyone.

Welcome, Chip.

You found the right place. With that attitude, you will not fail.
