Hey fellas,

I'm 24 hours in on quitting and its pretty tough. Im 27 been dipping for 10 years about 5 pinches a day and i would keep them in about 2-3 hours each. So sick of being controlled by this thing and i've tried "quitting" but this time I'm taking it serious. I bought a can of that grizzly yesterday and as soon as I put in a pinch I just felt like enough was enough and took it out then threw the can away and haven't looked back since. Trying really hard to stay focused and do this for myself.
@Iswearimgonnaquit  here is the link to freedom. https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=16602.0  We wake up, piss, and post our promise to stay nicotine free for the day. Then keep your promise. It is that easy and hard at the same time. Make connections with fellow quitters and share digits only through personal messages and never on the forum or here in the Intro section. Focus on quitting one day at a time. We will worry about tomorrow when it gets here. Hit me up if I can help. You can do this and we are here to help. Welcome to KTC.
Welcome @Iswearimgonnaquit  You start a new chapter of your life right now. As Keith said odaat is the way. Post your promise, share your digits, build up your support group and hang on for the ride. You will be told to “EMBRACE THE SUCK” and my friend I took that as a right of passage. I rode that train and made it thru (still some issues) and you can to. From a 30 plus year addict you need to admit your an addict and always will be just like the rest of us. Pm me and you will get my digits. We are here to help each other and carry somebody if needed. We don’t ask for much in return other than for you to hold up your end of the deal (Posting 1st thing in am your promise) and reach out to other quitters. One other thing this site is full of knowledge so I would read as much as you can. I will be looking for your post in the am. Stay safe, stay strong and God bless.
