It probably seems silly since you are dip free, but you might be as amazed as I was how much easier it is to quit nicotine with a team rather than quitting by myself.   8)

Congrats on your accomplishment. Keep Rollin brother, this is a great place to be. The crew here know what it is to quit and can relate to you and what your experiencing. Well this is by far the hardest thing I have ever been through. Went through about 5 cans a week before I quit last Sunday. I planned my quit about a month in advance so I could slowly try and cut back. This is the first time in my 15 years of chewing that I have wanted to quit for me. I know I have a long road ahead of me. Just trying to take it one day at a time. Hope this gets easier!
