3: Begin- Begin each and every day WUPPing, begin by taking such a hard addiction off the table for the day. Starting is pretty simple, getting on roll is pretty simple. Begin trusting others that are holding a shield next to you fighting the same fight. Begin believing that you can be Nicotine free for life.
