What's everyone else doing this weekend?

big weekend for ol chewie...

got friends in tonight. they're up from washington for the hall of fame induction ceremony tomorrow (art monk and darryl green). flank steak, chicken, texas toast  veggies on the grill. lots of beer, poker, etc. with friends that i haven't seen in years. they're going to be SHOCKED when they find out i don't dip anymore... that's going to be cool.

saturday is my birthday so i'm looking forward to hanging out with the family and just being dad...

sunday is my wife's birthday so i'm looking forward to hanging out with her family and just being dad...

all of this without a dip in my lip... life is good.

I can't wait to shock someone with the news that I quit that shit. The only problem is, I was so vocal about quitting I'm not sure if anyone out there didn't know I was quitting. We'll have to wait and see.

I will be doing projects as well.. We had about 3 hailstorms here last couple months and insurance man gave me some $$ So now I got plenty to do, maybe sneak in a nighttime fishing trip. My advice-- sunflower seeds,junkfood, jerkey anything that will stimulate your mouth..

Well, day 2 has started and I'm feeling really good still. A little on edge but not ready to kill just yet.

Got a full weekend of working on projects planned to stay busy...Its going to be so freakin hot I don't even want to think about dipping anyway.

I think the main thing that's going to help me is staying busy...There was nothing better to me than coming in the house after my girls were in bed and plopping down in my chair with a fat lip and watching the discovery channel.

Second thing is excersise...I've been running 2.5 miles about 3-4 times per week and that helps out a lot.

Next weekend is going to be a true test...float trip 'boob' and camping with the only one of my friends that does dip...again, not really worried about it but someone on here might be getting a call for help 'help'
