This is why it is called the "suck". Drink lots of water and do whatever it takes not to chew. Eat seeds, jerky, hard candy, straws, tooth picks, fake chew.
The good news is that you only have to go through the suck once, unless you cave. Remember how you feel right now so in 30 days when your quit seems much easier, you will know the pain and suffering you will have to go through if you cave.
