Hey Chick Dip I see you actively posting support for others. Good for you. Lots of newer quitters shy away from that because they ae so uncertain of their own quit, offering advice to others seems pointless, but believe me when I tell you that support will help you as much as others. Talking the talk, helps you walk the walk. Quit with you today.
Thanks Dagranger!

Although some quit groups I do NOT feel WORTHY to enter! :-)

Each day something better happens for me. Looking forward to many more where I can look back and be proud quitter with y'all.
You have the right attitude. Stay strong until you go to sleep. Wake up, do it again.
THx Done4, I couldn't even think of doing this without all the support on here. Tons of good advice and motivation.
You absolutely can do this! The further you get away from day one the faster you can process thoughts emotions complex thinking critical thinking when you don't have the poison cursing through your veins. Remember we quit only once! Push past all the pain and fog. Embrace the suck it is your bodies way of ridding itself of the poison. Need anything PM me

Thanks guys! I am working on it..... I got into the huge fog today. If I was home, I don't think I would mind, since it is mindless and mindless right now is heaven to me.
I am now trying to work, some data entry on the computer, and hard to concentrate, but I am getting there.
Did you get in a quit group and post roll yet?
Yes

Let's go Dip. Day 3! Take it head on!
THanks Bro, today is different feeling... can feel the pull. Not giving in. Gonna get my son out the door to school, do my workout, then have a tax meeting in town (oh joy)
my face itches... :-P.... I know that won't last , kinda skin-crawling.
Weird as it may sound... Enjoy the feeling. It's you healing. Yeah, it's gonna take a li'l while but, hey, you can't erase years of addict damage in a few short days. Remember this so you'll never put yourself through it again. Rock on, sis!
Thx Jack! I like looking at the charts "what happens to your body off of Nicotine" / 30 mins / 2 hours / 1 day / 1 week / , that really helps me keep off of it
It's, of course, different for everyone but there comes a time when the healing rate becomes exponential. Both body and mind. It's amazing and you're getting there.

Every. Day.
I love seeing another female quitter showing all of us "boys" how to quit like a girl.

You appear to have your mind set and I like watching your progress. Always remember that you are an addict because of your own actions and never take that pain, anguish and frustration out on others. You are well into the suck but there will be worse days and better days. It is not the adversity that we face as quitters but how we adapt and overcome those adversities that make us quitters.

P
Hey chick you got this I never seen a woman that couldn't do anything she put her mind too! Definitely got more will power than most men. I'm pulling for you! Feel the rage , learn to feel it coming on, walk away. Kiddos shouldn't have to suffer because we stuck nasty shit in our mouth! Let's do this! Damn proud to be quit with you today my sister! Just an addict trying to help another addict!
