THanks Bro, today is different feeling... can feel the pull. Not giving in. Gonna get my son out the door to school, do my workout, then have a tax meeting in town (oh joy)
my face itches... :-P.... I know that won't last , kinda skin-crawling.
Weird as it may sound... Enjoy the feeling. It's you healing. Yeah, it's gonna take a li'l while but, hey, you can't erase years of addict damage in a few short days. Remember this so you'll never put yourself through it again. Rock on, sis!
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.

thanks guys... looking forward to the pillow tonight, but hope I can sleep all night tonight. If not, another nap will be on the menu for tomorrow.
Great that you can take a nap... Good for the soul also.
Kinda simple about the sleep, your brain hasn't had it this good in a while.
It gets excited about all the fresh air and clean blood flow.
It will get used to being free before long. And it will learn to relax.

I respect your start.
Quit with you today sister.

You can do it. I'm on day 90 and it feels great. Hang in there and post roll every day and read all these stories in the Introduction section. They inspire me every day.

You're fighting hard.

I freaking love that!

In my experience, those who fight so hard in the beginning enjoy a freedom that is absolutely beautiful. Keep at it, sis!

I have a feeling my boys here at home are in for feeling some of my suck. I'm trying to stay a way from them right now. Got a short fuse with a lot of explosive to set off.

I took a short nap, gave me some time when I didn't have to dwell on things.

The what's your plan is a valid question... Your doing well being here, now get your ass over and post in July and start networking. We are hear to listen to your thoughts, emotions and process of quitting. You said you have made it 5-7 days before, this time when you are in the suck phase and fog phase of the first few days to a week, remember to lean hard on KTC.

Read as much as you can on this site and quit daily by posting roll EDD. Happy to be quit with you, feel free to pm me if you want to exchange numbers.

Happy to quit with you today!

What are you going to do different this time ? What is your Plan
When I crack, cuz I know I'll crack... I'm not going to give in.

I'll be doing a lot of extra exercise, and making some needed texts and calls to my support people.

Take one day at a time, not look to far ahead, and if need be, take one hour at a time.

I will post everyday here and make a promise to myself, my family and everyone here.
