Thanks Man,
I'm pretty passive aggressive, I don't get into shouting arguments. Like I said, I usually walk away and take a dip. No one cares around me that I'm quit because no of them cared that I used to chew. So I do this for me. Just rough that they aren't considerate enough to understand that coming at me with bullshit to get my blood pumping, isn't the best thing for my quit. Just taking it day by day now, if any day I was going to cave it was yesterday. I got this.
You got this! One quit at a time!
No matter what everyone else does YOU ARE QUIT, period
Quitin' with you Today, just Today.
I'll second that motion 30! Great day to be tobacco FREE!

Rough Day,

Thought I had this addiction by the balls. Got in an argument with my girlfriend, the kind where I would walk away and take a dip. So I hopped in the car took a little drive, drove past the gas station. Was really tempted. Made me realize that I am still an addict, and there will be times that I will be tempted.
Moose my friend, I'm an addict and so are you, we fight addiction every day! ODAAT! Glad you were man enough to walk away. Talk to your girlfriend, try to explain to her, you're gonna be a prick, you don't mean to be, but right now my quit is the most important thing in my life, so hopefully I can live a long healthy life. This shits hard my friend! You gotta want this shit more than anything you've ever wanted! It's hell on the brain! I congratulate on your victory walking away. Just remember all that you're going through will not kill you although you probably not gonna like yourself alot of times but it's worth every do second! A grown ass man bring your rage in here take it out on me! Damn proud to be quit with you today my brother!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Yes, my advise it to post roll and not quit alone anymore. 10 days solo is bad ass, but make it easier and quit with other. There is strenght in baddassery!

Thanks man, posted role this morning
Great job moose! It's so much easier when you have other addicts to get on board with! Gonna have a lot of ups and downs, hang tough , sac up and Deal with it! When it gets to tough we will be here! Damn proud to be quit with you today my friend!

So my last dip was April 18, 2015 at roughly 1:00pm. So many thoughts behind my decision but ultimately I'm doing this for myself. 11 years of addiction (since I was 16) and I now I'm choosing to be tobacco free. Cold Turkey, no gum or patches or anything. I've chewed some seeds and I currently am having some natural mint chew at the moment which doesn't seem to help the slightest. If anyone has tips or advice, feel free to shoot some my way!
Hell yeah, congrats on 11 days on your own! My number 1 advice would be to post roll in the july 2015 group. Roll is our daily promise to not use nicotine that day. Anyone can keep their word for one day right? using this one day at a time method is by far the most useful tool for long term success.
Way to go Moose!
