Welcome to freedom my friend! First and foremost be serious about posting roll just as soon as you Piss, post roll! Just like you grab your phone after you Piss ,post roll! That's the key to success. You post your promise to quit 24 hour's be a man of your word and repeat. This shit is mentally challenging, get you some gum, fake chew, seeds whatever it takes to keep you quit! Great job posting! I quit with you today!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Of course anniesdaddy! Just get on here every day and post roll. We can do this together. Learn to enjoy the shitty feeling. I keep telling myself that it's the indicator that I am winning the battle.

anniesdaddy

Hey man, you're three days ahead of me. Let's quit together!

Thanks for the support, everyone. Rawls your input and encouragement was excellent. Made it to day 4. Feeling like a true addict. Itchy like a fucking meth-head. Can't believe the hold that the evil bitch of nicotine will get on you. Not anymore. I am learning to enjoy the pain and the shitty feeling of withdrawals. Keeping as level of a head at work as possible.

To anyone else on day 4 or still in single digits. Keep on diggin'. Don't cave.

Still working on this posting roll stuff. Need to do it in the morning, not "when I get around to it".

Thanks again everyone.

Quote from: traviscHi I am travisc. Live in Washington, DC. Day two of quitting forever. Posted roll yesterday and today.

1) Physical withdrawals really suck right now. Feeling like a drug addict. Horrible. The only good news is that I seem to sleep well at night. Thought I wouldn't be able to.

2) Quit dipping nearly a year ago but developed a BIG problem with nicotine lozenges (4mg) and was going through A LOT of them. Like 4 lozenges in my mouth 3-4 times a day.

Headed to a baseball game today, that will be a tough trigger. I can do this.
Welcome aboard the addict train my friend!

You feel like an addict because you are one!!
Me too.....
Not a bad deal once you know how to handle it.
We handle the nicotine by kicking it just one day at a time.

Stay strong through the game. Get back on here and read some more after the game.

You spent alot of time with nicotine in your system. Spend the same amount of time quiting...
Learn too not be scared of the suck. It will suck until it doesn't!

Drink lots of water

Quit with you today.
