I appreciate it Pab. I can honestly say im glad to call you my friend and able to quit with you, its reassuring to know some one with anxiety was able to defeat this addiction also! Going to call my dentist first thing in the morning and make a appointment for a cleaning. Also thank you guy's for sticking with me!
Stick with it KW. This isn't easy, but it's easier than battling cancer or eating through a feeding tube. Nicotine wasn't your best friend. It felt like it, but all nicotine did was try to kill you and kill you slowly. Stop romanticizing dip. It did NOTHING good for you. This is a difficult hurdle but in a few days you're going to pick up what I'm puttin down.

F*ck nicotine. Say it with me now...
"Fuck nicotine dude. You don't need it. And you don't want it. It didn't do a thing for you and you know it." - worktowin
"today you dissided that shit wont control your life. and it wont. unless you let it." - drome
"Not thinking about nicotine is for people who've never used nicotine. We threw that option away with the first dip or drag on a cigarette. We are addicts, and cannot become un-addicted." - wildirish317
"You need to decide how much you really want to be quit." - pky1520
We are always at risk. And probably always will be. That is why I will never get "too quit" to post my +1. Every. Damn. Day. - geis2597

This sucks, not sure what's worse the constant tiredness or the depressed feeling of feeling like I lost a best friend. Worried about tommorow and facing a whole lot of people and work for 10.5 hours like this. Can feel the anxiety now. Hope this gets better.
Nicotine, cancer, slavery are worse.

You are in the fog. Yes work will be tough.m a couple thoughts which a veteran quitter passed on:

Less coffee. Without nicotine, caffeine has a stronger effect. It alone can get you wired and mess up sleep.

Depressed feeling is common, we addicts use nicotine to medicate something and depressed feelings are in that list.

Drink lots of water. You are flushing more poisons than nicotine from your system.

The clock will slow down, expect this.

Use your tools here (including texting your quit brothers if you can).

You are not alone. I quit with you.
Come on kwaner brother, you can do this! I also have anxiety it took awhile but now it's so much better than it was before I quit! We all right here beside you my friend, think of what you got to lose.....everything! Think of what you got to gain.....freedom with your family and damn it's priceless! I quit with you today my friend!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

How long did it take you guys to start seeing a change and actually feel like you weren't as bothered by the withdrawls?
Welcome aboard!! Everyone is different with the withdrawls for me about two weeks in and I could see a huge difference. Forty days in today and I still have cravings, but they only last a few minutes at most.

Stick with this place you can't go wrong keep posting roll stay connected and before you know it you will feel much better!!

I quit with you!

The anxiety resulting from nicotine blood levels from dropping was always the symptom that I gave into in the past. Hang in there: that feeling of panic doesn't last that long. You have to allow the your brain chemistry time to normalize before the anxiety goes away. Your young brain hasn't had the opportunity to function as it should in a long time.

You are already on the way, you jumped on the train and posted roll. Your most important part of your quit is roll. It is what keeps you honest if you are a man/woman of your word. Post roll every 24 hours and you cannot lose. Second thing you should do is reach out to some of your fellow quitters in your group to help hold you accountable. If they don't respond shoot me a PM I will send you my digits. Cinch up your belt and get ready for the ride my friend, its not easy but nothing worthwhile in life is. Welcome to freedom.............

Heck yeah my man korey! Sounds like you already figured out this shit is almost impossible to go through by yourself! Great job posting roll! You messed up but as you can see it got fixed immediately. As the saying goes only way you can mess Roll up is not being on it! As for your support swap numbers with as many as you can. If you want this bad enough you will defeat it. Remember your an addict an so am I! Damn proud to be quit with you! I will see you on Roll bright and early in the morning!
Welcome to KTC bro. Your in the right place. I would caution you against posting your phone number in your intro. There are trolls that could use it to get their rocks off. I'd delete that part for your own good. Quitting is hard but the reward is great. Freedom! Read everything you can here so you can understand the addiction we are all battling. I'll quit with you today.
