Lets start with the truth. You are an addict and have been for 24 years. You are addicted to nicotine which is an additive to chewing tabacco. That taste and smell are put in there to cover up the horrible nicotine chemicals. The feel and relaxation was your body getting its fix and temporaly covering up its withdrawl symptoms until your next fix. If the best people you have ever known were nicotine addicts then you need better role models and if you only had the best times in the company of addicts spitting brown saliva into bottles or on the ground. You can do so much better. Look in the fucking mirror. See the truth for what it is. It will be rough and ugly but it will get better. Join us and be free.

If you are serious about everything you said. There is no way in hell you will quit! Mich is right I felt some of those feelings too but not the day, week or month before I quit! I hated what dip had done to me, to my relationship with my wife, the freedom I had lost, the teeth I had lost, the gum grafts and on and on!
You are right this will be rough and ugly, we have all experienced the SUCK!!! If you desire to regain your freedom you are in the right place but if don't troll somewhere else! You still haven't posted roll. :ph43r:

I am going to ask you: do you want to quit? if you do read up - start with the welcome center up top on the left, then go to Feb. 13 quit group and post roll. You'll get support like you wouldn't believe if you reach out here and ask for it. If you don't WANT to quit go away... No way in hell you'll make this if you don't want it like mad!
