30 years.. 11,000 cans give or take a few hundred. Don't want to even calculate the money spent. FOR WHAT??
I have seen others post that they have been a "slave" to the can for far too long. So true. I've quit for a few months here and there and once for over a year 25 years ago. You all know how dipping ruled(s) your lives....I'm tired of it.

I have been weaning off for two days. Set my timer on my phone for 2.5 hour intervals. This AM....I found KTC. I read for about 5 minutes, walked to the toilet and dumped out the last of my Cope.
My dipping days are over. 7:00AM 6/11/14 the last dip of my life. I know this is going to suck, epically, but I already feel free.

I'm glad to find there is help out there. My attempts to quit in the past would surely have been successful with others to share in the pain and offer support.
I haven't read the history of KTC but whoever's brain child it was is the man.

How do I locate a group to join for support?

Stay Strong.

Joe
