So I've quit each day for the last 18 days. Overall it hasn't been real bad but I have had some Jake's mint chew to help out with the oral craving. Feels great.

I now have my first major test. I'm on the road for a week for work staying in a hotel. In the past this meant sitting in the hotel at night with shit in my lip spitting into a beer bottle. I can hear the nic birch calling me saying nobody will know but it ain't gonna happen. I'm done. I make that promise to you guys each morning and I'm not caving. More importantly I make that promise to myself each morning.

Going for a run and then out to dinner. In the past I'd stay away from my colleagues at night so I could chew. Now I'll be hanging out with them.

I'll be coming to this site at night when temptation happens.

Thank God I found KTC.
Striper I know just how you feel with the travel.
I also have a trip coming next week.
8 Hour drive, hang in a hotel, do the job the next day 8 hour drive back.
I have pm'ed you my digits feel free to use them.

Keep quitting on.
Thanks for the support man. I'm keeping busy and not giving the nic bitch a chance. I'm finding that looking at the cancer pics on this site is helping me out a lot. Weird how I could have looked at those pics 6 months and not thought anything about it. Wanting to quit for real now makes all the difference. I'm staying vigilant and I'm done with the nic whore...

Good on you Stiper. My suggestion would be to get some digits from your group. That way you can text them and just shoot the shit if you need to if that keeps your mind off dipping. 18 days is bad ass, but don't throw it away for a few minutes of nauseousness and regret. Stay strong, use your tools, and quit like you know how. You're free, you've worked for that freedom, now keep it that way.
Stay strong Striper.
Many have areas that seem to be more dangerous.
Mine too was hotels.
Lean on your brothers and sisters.
And stay focused on the truth.

You don't need it today!
ODAAT.
PM me if you need help.
I quit with you today.

Striper glad you're finding some good already in your quit. I promise that if you keep it up, it will only get better. I too was a closet dipper, and the amount of freedom I am enjoying without my ankle chained to that can everyday is incredible. I'm quit with you today my man.

2 posts in two days and this thread is one of them. That means roll got skipped yesterday or today one of the two. Are you serious about being quit or just serious about saying you are serious? Join in the party and drink all the koolaid you want brother just do it every damn day!!!

**EDIT**

Sorry I lied. BOTH posts were in here and none on roll. You need to learn how to post roll bud and get in the game. There is serious rewards waiting for you on the other side of the field. Come on over to the dark side. We got candy!!!
