Welcome to KTC! You made the right choice by joining this great group of guys. We are all here to help each other and you if you allow it. My best word of advice is to trade numbers with as many people in your quit group as possible to strengthen your accoutabilty. Your quit group is September 2014 Pre HOF

Get in there and post role!

Long time user. Started in Jr. High and I'm 46 now. I've "quit" twice before. One in my early 20's I made it a year or more. and then in my 30's I quit for 7 or 8 years. Both times cold turkey on the tail end of the flu. I still can't believe I fell off the wagon the last time. I never thought about it, I mean it was completely gone from my life. Then one day, on a late night drive I was having a hard time staying awake and I had to stop for gas and I made a mistake.

I'm holding on, but still find myself unconsciously reaching down to that cargo pocket for the black nasty.
