Where are you Connor? You have not posted roll once yet. Will you quit now, or should we look for you as a newbie in 10 years?
I see that you snuck in here yesterday to trolled around. So did you find out that you have more than a nasty "habit"? Habits are easy to deal with, addictions are quite a bit more difficult and Nicotine addiction is one of the hardest addictions to quit!! There is a wealth of quit wisdom available for you here if you will just accept it. Now if your serious about quitting prove it!

I saw you hopped in chat, my apologies for not being active while you were in there.

This is a decision you will never regret Connor. After 2 years I'm sure you are sick of being a slave to dip.

On the top left corner of the forum home page is the welcome center. Read everything in there, and most importantly, post your day 1 promise on the roll call. That is the foundation of the quit here, making a promise to each other every day that we will not use nicotine.

Welcome to KTC. Stay strong and determined as you fight that bitch off.

I'm Connor, Been dipping for about 2 years and for most of those 2 years its been a tin a day habit. I realize that this stuff is pointless and is bad for my health and I want to better myself. So today is the first day I will go without a can in my back pocket. I know it wont be easy but I'm determined to follow through without a dip.
