Teg, you drove within a mile of my house last night as you cruised past St. Joseph, MI. Glad you made it, glad you made it without caving - driving (particularly in stressful conditions) is one HELL of a trigger for me! Congrats dude!

Seems it's getting better, I can actually go a few hours without thinking about it. But then it haunts me like a stalker closing in. I won't let it though. NO, I will not.

stay in the moment, you can do anything for a minute. Stay little, guard your quit, protect it like its your life........most likely it is.

Never really saw myself as dancing with my Dip. Think it was more like Russian Roulette..............bang..............you lose.
Like to Dance with my wife but my dip..........I let it abuse me and I did the same to it. :o

Also, just for a short-term fix, you could ask one of your quit bros to post for you. Nothing wrong with that. The important thing is that you make the promise to quit everyday!

Hey Teg, posting with the iPad is tricky but can be done - first, hit "quote" on the most recent role posting. Go to the second box down where the post is and touch screen anywhere in that box. When the cursor is visible touch the cursor exactly - you'll see the bar come up (select, select all, etc) hit select all - then another bar will come up - hit "cut" - then go up to the first box and touch in the box, then touch again, on the second touch a bar will come up - hit 'paste'. Now you're done. Just go to the end of the quitters and post up!
