You can do this, Teg. You're right where I was 75 days ago. Only one more day to go and the nic will be completely out of your body! Go for it and never look back!

Glad I found you, it's been 41 hours since my last dance with Kodiak.  Started reading about the symptoms, and thought, WOW i better register.  Have a sore throat, and tongue, never noticed that before.  I went three days prior with one dip a day.  Hate addiction.

I abused a can a day of Kodiak for 19 yrs so I know what you're going through. As you go through "the suck", remember why you quit in the first place. Your life does depend on it. Post roll in April if you haven't already and be sure to post every day. You can get through this. Go to the Welcome Center and read 1-7.

Glad I found you, it's been 41 hours since my last dance with Kodiak. Started reading about the symptoms, and thought, WOW i better register. Have a sore throat, and tongue, never noticed that before. I quit sleeping a couple days ago, and have had the dip dreams. What fun. I went three days prior with one dip a day. A member of another forum recommended i come in here. I have smoked, quit, started again, then switched to skoal to get off the smokes. That was a bad mistake. I think quitting the cigarettes was easier. Been using nicotine is some form on and off since i was about 13. Well now I am 34 and it's time to stop for good.
