15 days ago I had this crazy idea that I should lose some weight and eat healthier. It has been interesting. I am now walking/jogging 3-4 miles a day and riding my bike some. Weekends I walk 6+ miles each day. Gone from my diet are chips, snack cakes, candy bars, fast food, and any thing else that is killing me. Eating healthy isnt always easy since like quitting tobacco my wife is not on board 100%. But I make do with what I have. I watch her eat a cheese burger while I eat a salad. It sucks, but like quitting chew it gets easier every day. I just keep changing and eventualy I will like what I end up with, going good so far. I must be doing some thing right since I have put a new hole in my belt since my pants are fallin off.
