We are going to have a quitter meet up in June in the area of MIS/Brooklyn Michigan. Check out the post in the Michigan meet up and we will set up a date and place.

Nice job Nick, keep fighting the fight. Addictions are a bitch and not everyone has the will power; or are willing to accept the support provided here to quit. Every day gets better as long as you work at.

Today is day 7
I have been quit for seven days. The first time in a very long time with out a dip in my lip. The first time I am not making sure I have enough to get me by a holiday untill the store opens back up. Today is a good day to be quit. I spent the last 12 years waiting for tomorrow to quit. I would not be quit with out the support of the people here from the first welcomes I had from gmann and redtrain to all of my quit brothers in April and all the other quitters I have met. It has been hard, the head aches are getting better and the cravings are the same but 7 days quit.

Cruising day 5. Found some All Mint Snuff from the oregon mint snuff co. today. I am doing alright with no nic. but needing somthing in my lip i think is the worst part. I also miss spitting as crazy as it sounds. It is fucked up but better than 6 days ago. The fog is getting thinner and the head ache is not here today calling me back. Thanks for the support.

Congratulations on making a great decision. Not an easy thing to do, but it is simple. Pledge early every day to yourself and your brothers that you will be quit for that day.

First couple of days are tough, drink lots of water and exercise. PM me if you need another number.
