Day 8 is almost over once i got off work this morning i rested for a few hours before i met up with some of my old wrestling buddies from high school. We all started chewing together to help us watch our weight and make weight. They were shocked that I actually quit dippin it felt damn good to say that i no longer use tobacco. Little successes like that make my day. Proud to be quit with all of my brothers on here.
awesome man... guess we got another thing in common, we were both wrastlers in high school
Thats badass how long did you wrestle and what weight class?
7th grade till my jr year when i tore the labrium in my shoulder i went 103 and 112s. i did freestyle and greco in the off season too. lol i weigh 170 pounds now hahaha i used to cut 120-103
Nice that sucks about your shoulder though. I wrestled 125 in middle school weighing in at 117. High school i wrestled 119 had to cut weight every year after freshman year. I still only weigh 135 pounds . Never did any greco did a few freestyle tournaments but didnt pursue it much.

Another night in the books 7 more hours before shift change been a slow day at the station so ive had to chew a whole big ass bag of seeds today. Also gave hooch spitfire a try it was really good i suggest it to everybody. The cravings have been short but spread out. I know everytime I resist though my body is fucking thanking me. Tomorrow will be the start of day 8. Hope you guys had a great day of being quitters. I know I did.

I will always remain vigialnt i dont want to ever fall back into the trap and lies that my addiction has told me for years each day i battle those thoughts so eventually I will be a new man. Thanks pinched
That is a great attitude Ronnie. Stay strong each and everyday. You came here for a reason, always remember that. If you cave you give up yor freedom. Without that what do you really have? Great job so far, keep up the hard work, and continue to post roll. I quit with you.
Thank you and you're absolutely right without that then I just go back to my old routines and living my life as a slave to a fucking can. The support is greatly appreciated. I quit with you today also.
For sure. This is a brotherhood. Feel free to PM me if you need anything.
Ill keep that in mind i appreciate it
