But you know that already. I am proud to say that I have lost 60 lbs since January, because I just decided one day to buy a gym membership and take my life back! Im 31 years old and at 290 lbs I was headed to bad health even if I didn't quit chewing. Now I weigh 230 and am gunning for 200. Working out has been the best thing to get me through some bad days of this quit! I highly recommend it! My goal is to hit my HOF weighing somewhere between 200 and 210! Sarcasm I been doing some...'exercise' 'tread' 'lift' But need to cut down on the...'Cheers' 'Have a beer' 'Popcorn' 'eat' So I can feel when I...'fat' I'm working on the beer part myself. After 12 hours at a dealership it seems to be the easiest way to unwind. Kinda sad huh? Sounds vaguely similar to chew... Maybe I need to think about that more.... See this thread is making me think. I Trauma, I've actually thought about that over the last 2 months. I do drink more. I don't think I drink a lot... But it takes away some of the tension, so I find I may have a couple extra after work. Probably not cool! I would feel like the biggest asshole alive if I quit chew and had to then face an alcohol addiction. Instigator.... I think you have made me think hard enough to want to take a break from beer. I'd probably lose weight even faster.... That way I don't total Traumas truck when he runs me over later!!!! OK y'all I did it went to the gym got a membership so I can pull the hills w Jakes big ol ass in my rig. I did elliptical n lifted

I Trauma, I've actually thought about that over the last 2 months. I do drink more. I don't think I drink a lot...
